Receptionist 
Responsibilities included: 

•  Manage the company’s lobby area acting as the initial contact person for staff and all visitors
•  Greet and direct all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers.
•  Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures.
•  Place, receive and route a high volume of incoming calls through an electric switchboard.
•  Supply information to callers, relay messages and announce visitors. 
•  Handle complaints and requests in a professional and calm manner.
•  Maintain decorum and a high degree of quality communication between the various parties concerned.
•  Responsible for provide professional, courteous, and effective service. 
•  Perform general administrative duties, basic clerical tasks and complete general office work such as copying, filing, updating bulletin boards, and general monitoring of the reception’s appearance
•  Assist department and other administrative staff with overflow work, including special administrative projects, as well as word processing, data entry and internet research tasks. 
•  Operate basic office equipment such as copier, fax, calculator, radio, switchboard and computer.
•  Sort and route incoming and outgoing materials and mail
