Plant Manager Assistant 
Responsibilities included: 

•  Provide logistical and administrative support to a senior level executive of a corporation.
•  Assist on day-to-day activities and facilitate the efficiency, order and harmony of the office
•  Point of contact in the office for the coordination of the information and formal Staff Meetings
•  Prepare agenda, minutes and documentation for meetings.
•  Seek cooperation with other relevant individuals.
•  Organize Staff and all executive office files.
•  Organize, plan, and coordinate the logistical support as needed for all staff meetings, conferences and internal seminars, workshops, training courses and other meetings
•  Determine meeting needs such as space allocations, interpretation, translation, specialized conference staff, transportation, and equipment and supplies to ensure that all requirements for holding meetings are met. 
•  Responsible for distribution of agenda, confirmation of participants, reproduction and distribution of documents or informational materials and/or other pre-meeting initiatives requiring contact with attendees by Management.
•  Coordinate all administrate follow-up matters including meetings files and post event evaluation for future reference.
• Attend meetings, especially those attended by Management.
•  Liaise with attendees on the summary minutes of such meetings with special emphasis on resolutions, initiatives and/or special assignments resulting from the meetings.
•  On behalf of the Management, follow up progress on discussions, decisions and/or special assignments to assure timely response by the person(s) with designated responsibility.
•  Monitor the progress and/or lack there of; as necessary and seeks resolution of impediments and motivates results.
•  Collect, register and maintain information on activities throughout the Staff by reviewing reports and through first-hand sources; monitor activities by reviewing a variety of records, including work plans and schedules, progress reports, project inputs, budgets and financial expenditures.
•  Draft clear and concise text for producing documents, evaluations and other reports and policies and procedures of high professional quality, to brief and provide advice and guidance to members at all levels
•  Develop policy on a variety of operational and administrative issues.
•  Organize information and coordinate the preparation of Bi-annual Meetings.
•  Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions
• Represent Management in meetings as required/requested.
