New Launch/Programs Coordinator

 Responsibilities included:

•  Continuous follow up on engineering changes, PPAP’s Approvals, Sample Order Requests (SOR’s), Pre-Mass and Mass-Production components availability.
•  Supplier negotiation on Obsolete components (E&O, EOP)
•  Coordinate and implement ECN changes target dates, pull inn / out in house components as well as purchased components, line status and capacity follow up and planning accuracy.
•  Balance and Monitor FG End Of Life (EOL) and components at risk to minimize obsolescence. 
•  Manage components and FG  RTS’s for scrap as well as maintain an updated file of service and reserve components
•  Daily ECN’s and CEA meetings attended.
•  Create DCR’s on Agile system. Update BOM’s and manage effective dates thru coordination of ECN’s
•  Assisting the product line manager, product manager with tactical aspects of new product launches
•  Liaising with information systems and finance counterparts to ensure the business systems are in place to support new products
•  Work with technical documentation to produce support documents
•  Communicate with sales operations and channel marketing
•  Maintain an accurate history file of all engineering changes and details as needed.
•  Occasionally prepare purchase orders to obtain materials, tools, and equipment.
