Responsibilities included:
• Establish course goals.
• Conduct discussions to increase employees’ knowledge and interest.
• Course content planning, design and development and method of instruction.
• Books, materials, and supply selection for course or projects.
• Conduct courses, eventual workshops, and teach principles, techniques, procedures, or methods of designated subject.
• Maintain employees’ courses record.
• Adapt course of study and training methods to meet employees' needs and abilities

Observe and evaluate employees’ development at work area to determine
progress and make suggestions for improvements by taking new strategies
for employees’ development.
• Observe employees’ to determine and
evaluate qualifications, limitations, abilities, interests, aptitudes,
temperament, and individual characteristics.
• Grade the employees’ performance and understanding.
• Grade Employee development twice a month.
• Create and design presentations for all employees to train them on different areas as needed
