Responsibilities included: 

•  Establish course goals.
•  Conduct discussions to increase employees’ knowledge and interest.
•  Course content planning, design and development and method of instruction.
•  Books, materials, and supply selection for course or projects.
•  Conduct courses, eventual workshops, and teach principles, techniques, procedures, or methods of designated subject.
•  Maintain employees’ courses record.
•  Adapt course of study and training methods to meet employees' needs and abilities
•  Observe and evaluate employees’ development at work area to determine progress and make suggestions for improvements by taking new strategies for employees’ development.
•  Observe employees’ to determine and evaluate qualifications, limitations, abilities, interests, aptitudes, temperament, and individual characteristics.
•  Grade the employees’ performance and understanding.
•  Grade Employee development twice a month.
•  Create and design presentations for all employees to train them on different areas as needed
