Administrative Support - Assistant


Responsibilities included: 

  • Manage the company's lobby area acting as the initial contact person for staff, clients and visitors. 
  • Operate basic office equipment, 200-line switchboard and computer programs. 
  • Answering the company's switchboard and transferring calls accordingly.
  • Organized appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for managers and company directors.
  • Writing and distributing e-mails, memos, letter fax's and all other communication
  • Record keeping maintaining calendar appointments, updating databases and spread sheets as needed.
  • Electronic and physical filing system management.
  • Re-order supplies when need it. 
  • Perform general administrative duties and basic clerical tasks.
